My first car was a 1954 white over metallic blue Ford Victoria two door    
hardtop.  It had a little bitty 239 cu in V-8 and a three speed column     
mounted stick shift transmission, and WIDE whitewall tires.And although    
the front seats were about completely worn out, when I removed the old     
seat cover from the back seat the white leather upholstery was like new!   
After a couple of years I sold it to a friend who wrecked it.
